From printing to shipping it will take 5-10 business days.

TRACKING ORDER

KC Art will send you a email link with a tracking link as soon as order is shipped.

ARTWORK SIGNING

KC ART is digitally signed.  Document of Authenticity will be sent separately to the Customer.

CANCEL ORDER

Order can not be cancelled. Customer will be able to resend the order at own cost and without opening the package.

RETURNING ORDER

Register your return https://www.kcart.se/contact-us. Customer will receive email with confirmed cancellation and containing instructions and adress details. Customer is responsible for postage and shipping cost. All customers have 14 days to regret their buyings. KC Art will refund order if order is found in same condition as when received and sent within the 14 days policy.

Prints can not be refunded after package is opened due to scratches and fingerprints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

ORDER ANY ARTWORK WITH OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?

We offer custom dimension and framing as other options of printing method.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

LOCAL TAXES:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, therefore KC ART reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
